Able Grant Home Services is a recurring home maintenance membership designed to help homeowners stay ahead of routine upkeep, catch small issues early, and reduce the stress of managing maintenance details on their own.
Memberships are billed monthly on a 12-month agreement. This makes recurring home upkeep easier to budget while keeping your home on a consistent maintenance rhythm.
We currently offer four membership levels:
Able Grant Essentials — $29/month
Able Grant Select — $69/month
Able Grant Stewardship — $139/month
Able Grant Concierge — $299/month

Each plan includes a different visit cadence and level of support.
Each visit includes the maintenance services selected for your membership and scheduled for that appointment, within the limits of your plan. Depending on your membership, that may include items such as HVAC filter replacement, dryer vent cleaning, basic leak scans, garage door service, safety battery replacement, visual home checks, and more.
Yes. Based on your membership level, you may choose from the eligible services included in your plan for each scheduled visit.
Materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated. Homeowners may provide compatible filters, batteries, bulbs, refrigerator filters, and similar replacement items, or Able Grant may source them for an added procurement fee.
Able Grant Home Services proudly serves homeowners throughout Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Pea Ridge, Lowell, Cave Springs, Centerton, Bella Vista, and surrounding communities.
After signup, we schedule your first visit and build a recurring service rhythm based on your membership and preferred availability. Before each appointment, we confirm timing, review planned services, and let you know if any materials need to be ready.
For most visits, yes, or we need approved access arrangements in place. We want to ensure safe access, clear communication, and proper completion of the scheduled services.
If you prefer more flexibility, this can be expanded with certain membership levels.
If the issue falls outside your membership scope, we may recommend the next step, provide a separate quote if appropriate, or help coordinate a qualified outside service provider depending on your membership level.
Able Grant focuses on recurring upkeep, preventive maintenance, visual checks, and coordination. Some minor service items are included within scope, but major repairs, licensed trade work, and specialty services are not included unless separately quoted or coordinated.
Services not included under standard memberships include major plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, HVAC repairs, roofing, remodeling, painting, drywall repair, emergency response, and third-party contractor costs unless separately quoted or coordinated.
Routine memberships do not include roof access or gutter cleaning requiring ladder or roof work. We may provide visual gutter observations from the ground in certain plans.
No. Standard memberships do not include gas dryer vent service, gas water heater service, or tankless water heater service.
No. Electric water heater flush service is only performed on eligible units. Gas units, tankless units, and excluded unit ages or conditions are not included.
Stewardship is focused on quarterly upkeep and broader preventive oversight.
Concierge adds a higher level of coordination, maintenance calendar tracking, repair follow-up, vendor scheduling support, and premium homeowner communication.
For Concierge members, and in some cases higher-tier clients, contractor coordination means we can help identify the right next step, assist with scheduling, help organize follow-up, and serve as a point of contact when outside service is needed. Third-party repair costs are separate.
Away checks or vacancy checks are optional premium add-on services designed for homeowners who travel frequently or leave a property unattended for periods of time. These checks are not included in standard memberships unless specifically added.
If something within the clearly scheduled scope of your visit was missed, contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.

For most busy homeowners, Able Grant Select offers the best balance of value, convenience, and preventive coverage. All cases are unique and should be considered before selecting which level of service you want.
