Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Able Grant Home Services website and any services, memberships, or communications provided by Able Grant Home Services (“Able Grant,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Able Grant Home Services provides recurring home maintenance memberships, minor routine upkeep services, visual checks, and, for certain plans, maintenance coordination support.

Services are limited to the scope of the selected membership or separately quoted work.

2. Memberships and Billing

Memberships are offered on a recurring monthly basis and may be subject to a 12-month agreement, depending on the plan selected.

By enrolling, you authorize Able Grant or its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring membership fees and any approved additional charges, including materials, procurement fees, add-on visits, or separately authorized services.

Pricing, visit cadence, and included services are described on the applicable pricing page or service agreement.

3. Cancellations and Renewals

Memberships are billed monthly and begin with a 12-month initial term. After the initial term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by either party.

Customers may cancel future renewal by providing written notice (text, email, or letter qualify) at least 15 days before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where Able Grant agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address details, and safe access to the property for scheduled visits.

Able Grant may reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, material availability, illness, emergencies, or other reasonable operational issues.

If a visit cannot be completed because required materials, access, utilities, or safe working conditions are not available, we may reschedule the visit and reserve the right to charge a rescheduling or service fee.

5. Materials

Unless otherwise stated, materials are billed separately. Customers may provide compatible filters, bulbs, batteries, and other approved items, or Able Grant may source them for an additional fee.

Able Grant is not responsible for delays, incompatibility, or performance issues caused by customer-supplied materials.

6. Scope Limitations

Able Grant provides routine maintenance and limited minor service items within the scope of the selected plan.

Unless separately quoted and accepted in writing, standard memberships do not include:

  • Major plumbing repairs

  • Electrical repairs

  • HVAC repairs

  • Roofing work

  • Structural work

  • Remodeling

  • Drywall repair

  • Painting

  • Emergency response

  • Roof access

  • Gas appliance service

  • Tankless water heater service

  • Third-party contractor costs

Visual checks, summaries, and observations are non-invasive and are not engineering reports, home inspections, code inspections, or guarantees that hidden issues do not exist.

7. Contractor Coordination

For plans that include coordination support, Able Grant may help identify vendors, assist with scheduling, and provide follow-up communication. Able Grant does not guarantee the work, pricing, availability, timelines, or performance of third-party contractors unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Customers remain responsible for approving third-party work and paying third-party invoices unless otherwise agreed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the home and systems

  • Maintain safe and accessible working conditions

  • Secure pets as needed

  • Disclose known hazards that may affect service

  • Ensure an adult is present when required, or provide approved access arrangements

  • Review service summaries and notify Able Grant promptly of scope concerns

9. Quality Guarantee

Able Grant stands behind work performed within the scheduled service scope. If an included service item was overlooked, the customer must notify Able Grant within 7 days, and we will work to make it right.

This guarantee applies only to services included in the scheduled scope and does not apply to exclusions, third-party work, inaccessible conditions, hidden defects, or conditions outside normal working limits.

10. Payment Issues

If a payment method fails, is declined, or is reversed, Able Grant may suspend scheduling, delay service, or terminate the membership until the balance is resolved.

Customers remain responsible for amounts owed for completed services, approved materials, and authorized charges.

11. No Warranty Beyond Stated Scope

Except as expressly stated in writing, services are provided as-is and within the agreed scope. Able Grant does not guarantee that routine maintenance will identify every issue or prevent all future failures, damage, or repair needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Able Grant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Able Grant’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Able Grant for the specific service visit or membership period giving rise to the claim.

Some states may limit the enforceability of certain liability limitations, so this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with site operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by Able Grant Home Services unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

Able Grant may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
