The standard package is designed for two residential trash/recycling bins and includes the enclosure, concrete pad, standard finish, material coordination, installation, cleanup, and final walkthrough.
Custom sizes, additional bin capacity, upgraded gates, locking hardware, roof/lid options, landscaping, drainage correction, and site preparation are available by custom quote.
Trash Can Privacy Enclosure
The Trash Can Privacy Enclosure with Concrete Pad is a custom outdoor build designed to hide unsightly trash and recycling bins while creating a cleaner, more organized exterior space.
Each enclosure is built using Able Grant’s standard design for consistent appearance, durability, and repeatable installation. The standard package includes a pressure-treated wood privacy enclosure and a concrete pad, giving your bins a stable, finished place to sit instead of resting directly on grass, dirt, gravel, or an uneven surface.
This is a practical curb appeal upgrade for residential homes, rental properties, small offices, clinics, churches, and light commercial properties.

Finish color selections are included with the standard package. Final stain/seal availability may depend on product availability, wood condition, and weather conditions at the time of installation.
Site and Installation Notes
This package is designed for standard residential or light commercial outdoor areas with reasonable access and normal site conditions.
Common installation locations include:

The installation area must be reasonably accessible and suitable for a small concrete pad and enclosure. Major grading, drainage correction, landscaping, concrete removal, or abnormal excavation conditions are not included in the base package unless specifically quoted.

Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund Terms: Base Price deposit is required to approve and schedule this custom build. The deposit allows Able Grant Home Services to reserve production time, coordinate materials, begin project preparation, and secure the approved scope.
Because this is a custom project, the deposit becomes non-refundable after any applicable legal cancellation period has expired and/or once materials are ordered, scheduling is reserved, or project preparation has begun.
Customer cancellation, customer delay, failure to provide site access, failure to obtain required HOA approval, or customer-requested project changes after approval may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Able Grant Home Services is unable to perform the approved work due to circumstances within Able Grant’s control, any unearned portion of the deposit will be reviewed and refunded as appropriate.
This policy does not limit any cancellation rights provided by applicable state law. Please consult with your state for specifics (Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri).
Shipping Info
This product is a custom installation service and does not ship by standard mail or parcel carrier.
Able Grant Home Services will coordinate material ordering, pickup, delivery, and jobsite installation as part of the approved project. This does not include custom dog crate builds as these are to be picked up by the customer.
Material Delivery
Standard material delivery and procurement coordination are included in the base package for eligible service areas and normal site access.

Material delivery timing may vary based on supplier availability, weather, scheduling, and approved project start date.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible before the scheduled project date. This includes clear access to the build location, removal of personal items from the work area, and communication of any gates, parking restrictions, HOA rules, pets, or access limitations.
Service Area
This package is available within Able Grant Home Services’ approved service area. Projects outside the standard service area may require additional travel or delivery charges before scheduling.
Scheduling
Installation is scheduled after project approval, deposit payment, site review, and material availability confirmation. Outdoor projects may be delayed due to weather, site conditions, material availability, or stain/seal application requirements.
Important Note
No physical product will be shipped directly to the customer unless specifically agreed in writing. This purchase represents a custom-built installation project, not a boxed pergola kit.
