What's Included: move-in walkthrough of requested setup items replacement of standard accessible bulbs in key areas (10) replacement of standard switches or outlets using customer-approved compatible devices (6) replace old yellowed outlet covers hanging curtain rods hanging of standard blinds for a defined number of windows (4) mounting of 1 TV on a standard interior wall cabinet hardware install or replacement toilet internal replacement on 1 standard toilet minor hardware tightening and adjustment door latch / strike alignment as needed minor caulk touch-up in one or two simple areas Post Visit Summary Report **Please provide any cabinet hardware you'd like installed, and any additional materials you'd prefer. All installed items will be selected as "standard" unless otherwise specified.
